In Home Cocktail Parties

This is the perfect option for hosts who have the time and space to throw a party and simply need to add hors d’oeuvres to the occasion. Our approach to this option is casual, hands off and we do not require a dollar minimum.

Simply pick which appetizers you’d like us to prepare, we come to your house and prepare them. Then we leave!

Cannella Kitchen has priced this menu to provide high quality, affordable food. We do not provide event planning, staff, clean up, rental or procurement services with our in home hors d’ oeuvres option. The host is responsible for the hors d’ oeuvres, including keeping them hot or cold, once they are ready to be put on a platter and served.

All deposits nonrefundable, but if you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate*

Orders under $500 are charged in full ahead of your party date, orders over $500 are charged a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

We are private, personal chefs only and can only prepare food in your house for your private party. Depending on your menu selections, we may need to be in your kitchen and cooking hours before your party starts.

Prices include gratuity but do not reflect tax (8.2%)

  • We plate everything on disposable bamboo platters or aluminum containers and prepare them at your Manson or Chelan (up to the 97A turn off) ((Nefarious)) address at no additional charge. Then we leave. It is up to you serve your guests.
  • Items are priced per dozen with a minimum order of two dozen per appetizer unless otherwise noted.
  • Certain appetizers have a specific minimum order, like oysters
  • Prices do not include service ware or utensils.
  • Prices based on seasonality and availability.
  • We love going new places and seeing new things. We are happy to travel. Our travel fee is 50/per hour plus associated costs of hotel, mileage and meals.

    All of our menu items are adaptable to make sure that you have a menu that everyone can enjoy. Let us know when you contact us and we can send you a menu that accommodates the needs of your guests.

    Hot Appetizers require that you have crockpots or an onsite chef to heat and maintain food safe temperatures.
    If you would like us to build miniature sandwiches for you, we are happy to do so. Our onsite chef fee is 60/hour and includes gratuity.
